Never used one or don’t know how a machine works? Don’t worry, with a quick 10-minute lesson we can show you how. At Beaudesert Equipment Hire Services, we hire machines that are designed and manufactured for everyday use where the operator doesn’t require a licence or experience. Extras

Excavators are supplied with two trenching buckets, a mud bucket and a ripper. We also offer a wide range of attachments at an affordable price to help get the job done quickly and efficiently.

When you hire one of our machines, it will be clean and full of diesel. This is how we ask it to be returned.

Trailer Included

Our machines come on a trailer that can be towed by most SUV’s and 4×4’s. If you do not have a vehicle with the required towing capacity, delivery and pickup can be arranged. We also hire tipper trucks that can be driven on a car licence. They are automatic and can be used to tow the machines, making it the perfect combo. If you are not sure if your car is suitable, please ask and we will easily research it for you.

Pick Up & Drop

Pick up is from 6.30am and all equipment is to be returned by 5.00pm on the nominated day. If these times don’t suit, tell us what does and we will be happy to accommodate where we can.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes, we do. Delivery cost varies depending on your location. Contact us to clarify a price.
Can I organise early pickup or drop off?

Yes, this can be arranged. Just contact us to organise in advance or when making the booking.
What about insurance?

All machines come with Queensland registration and insurance. If you damage the machine, you are required to pay for the excess on the premium.
Are there any hidden charges?

No, just the cost of hire. When you pick up the machinery, it will be clean and full of diesel. This is how it is to be returned. If not, you will be charged a minimum $50 cleaning fee and $2.50 per litre of diesel used.
